the richmond difference…

Richmond Services was established in 1982. Through client referrals and word-of-mouth, our once small, one-woman business has grown over the years to include a staff of seven who serve a tax base of over 800 clients.

Here at Richmond Services we take great pride in getting to known each and every one of our clients as individuals, which then allows us to provide them with tailored tax preparation services that meet their specific needs. No matter how similar, no two tax returns are ever the same. That, coupled with tax preparers who genuinely care about you and your unique needs, are the cornerstone to the Richmond Services difference.

Richmond Services prides itself on exemplary tax preparation and customer satisfaction.

Our tax preparers are fluent in Spanish.

In addition to numerous years of experience, the Richmond Services team regularly attends continuing education courses and seminars. This ensures that our team remains current on the latest and most current changes to tax law.

To meet the needs of our diverse client base, Richmond Services also provides a wide range of supplementary services. Included among them are bookkeeping services, notary services, Immigration, Certified Acceptance Agent for ITINS and legal document preparation services. We can assist our clients with the formation of corporations, partnerships, and LLCs, as well as the formation of Living Trusts, which includes Durable Power of Attorney, Power of Attorney for Health Care, Pour Over Will, and Trust Transfer Deed for property.
